Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that a 30% deposit will be charged on day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Guests should let Cascais Sensations know of their expected arrival time. They can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. Please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 is applicable for check-in after 22:00. Check-in after 00:00 is at an extra fee of EUR 40. The extra fees are payable in cash, upon arrival. After booking guests will receive an email from the owner containing the process to check-in and pick up the keys. Please note that in case of cancellation, the transaction fees will be taken from the refunded amount.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "A charming home away from home in Cascais."

Lovely, modern apartment thoughtfully furnished and all needed amenities provided. Great location as well. Wifi was also very strong and shower and bed notably excellent. It felt being home away from home. But, what really differentiated this rental is the manager of the property. He ‘s helpfulness, niceness, excellent communication and just willing to do whatever can help a renter went way beyond what one could ever expect. He is a true jewel of this enterprise! Thank you B. For everything!

"Excellent, would stay here again."

Location was perfect, everything you needed was in the property including enough toiletries which is unusual in previous bookings we have made in this location.

Only slight improvement would be a dressing table and mirror in the bedroom where you can dry hair instead of the bathroom.

Comfortable clean apartment, equiped with everything you need. Convenient location close to many good restaurants, short walking distance from both railway station and the sea. Bruno, the host, was super helpful. Thank you one more time for being so thoughtful!

The appartment was beautifully presented and well equipped. The air conditioning made such a difference. We loved being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants and yet the apartment was peaceful and the bedroom quiet at night. Our host was so very helpful. Thank you Bruno.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in July 2024. We are very happy with our choice of apartment. It has a very central location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and it was very cozy with a welcome gift from the host. The host was very nice and the contact was very good via WatsApp. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Cascais
