Property Notes

Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that a 30% deposit will be charged on day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Guests should let Cascais Sensations know of their expected arrival time. They can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. Please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 is applicable for check-in after 22:00. Check-in after 00:00 is at an extra fee of EUR 40. The extra fees are payable in cash, upon arrival. After booking guests will receive an email from the owner containing the process to check-in and pick up the keys. Please note that in case of cancellation, the transaction fees will be taken from the refunded amount.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
