Mooi, groot appartement. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden een auto gehuurd en konden deze in de garage zetten. Vanuit het appartement waren we met de auto binnen een uur overal op het eiland. Prima zwembad erbij!

Bedden kraakten heel erg. Geen airco, maar er waren wel ventilatoren.

Quite far from the old town by foot

Comfortable spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Nice large pool within the facility. Good location in walking distance to a supermarket and to the beach (though the elevation difference is substantial). Not far by car to the highway.

Need to call to the host to find the apartment. I recommend to park the car on the street. The garage is very tight at places.

The flat is great! It is spacious, and very well located.

There is currently construction on the building and there is noise during the day..

Excellent space and facilities within the apartment and a gym/pool externally.

Bin store was a mission to find and get to!

The apartment is as shown in the photos. We liked the position as it was close to places and restaurants we had been to before and wanted to go back to again. The walk up the hill kept us fit!

We did have a problem but this was fixed to our satisfaction.

Spacious and comfortable flat with two bedrooms and a large living room. The one in the back of the building was silent enough. Fully equipped kitchen. Great communication with the host. Outdoor swimming pool looks great (we had no time to try). There is even a gym for the residents. Direct bus link (no. 2) to the citycenter. Shops at walking distance (the best: Forum Madeira). Easy to park around (+no-pay zone). Many car rental services around. Great base to discover the island by car. From/to airport use taxi via booking.com! Overall great value for money.

We were unfortunate with the neighbours in the flat above as they partied for 2 nights... The street is really steep - wherever you wish to walk, consider this. For young people not a problem, but for seniors. Would be great to have some dishwasher materials - for few days it is not logical to buy a full box...
