Oporto Welcome Apartments - Ribeira Negra

The location is key. We loved having a place right on the river. It was perfect for 4 adults. All important places to us were easy to walk. Loves the night life and that it also shuts down at 11pm so we can sleep too. Very modern and clean.

One bathroom was a tub only with shower wand. Difficult to shower with. Hot water was unpredictable. If you sleep in the train will wake you up by 7:30. We didn’t mind but we are early risers.

Loved the bed/bath linens. Apartment was bright and clean.

Die Lage, der Ausblick einfach nur schön. Dachterrasse direkt neben der Brücke ist wunderbar. Viel Platz, dekorativ.

Wie schon beschrieben, wer lärmempfindlich ist wird Ohropax brauchen..... nan ist eben mitten im Geschehen.

Amazing location and very cool apartment.

Can be noisy - but that’s the point when you book in the best spot ! The bathrooms downstairs are wild - clear glass and no privacy so def not for everyone. And weirdly there’s some little odd things like the second Bathroom is hard to find and so is turning on the hot water. Seems like a very common occurrence but they don’t tell you about it and it would save everyone a lot of hassle and avoid ringing each other back and forth. They sorted it immediately with photos but def wasn’t the first time they had been asked that !!!!

The location was great for visiting places of interest and also the port wine area on the south of the river. Lovely to have a balcony and great views. Beds were clean and comfortable Good communication with the owner.

In the upstairs bedroom, you could hear quite a lot of noise from outside eg train over the bridge, local bar etc. until about 12.30.

Cool property, great location, nice rooftop terrace.

Everything about the apartment was great - the location, the size, the quality, the view, etc. The hosts were also very easy to deal with and helpful.

Nothing really - no complaints.
