Wonderful apartment! Underneath the bridge, perfect location. Everything you could need right on your door step! The apartment is very clean and beautifully renovated. Didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Perfect location next to Ponte Dom Luis I bridge and easy walking distance to all other top attractions.

Maybe a selection of teas or other basic condiments on arrival.

The location has a great view of Luis I Bridge and Douro River.

The bathroom on the first floor has glass walls and a glass door. I bought a shower curtain to create some privacy. It’s also located right next to a busy street full of motorcyclists, bus, and tram. A loud bang sound woke us up in the middle of the night, thinking it was a gun shot. Well… I’m from US.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location on the river by the bridge. Plus heating which is quite important in the winter.

Amazingly placed apartment right at the bank of Douro river. Nice romantic small terrace on the top floor with breathtaking view. Apartment nicely designed combining the historical building with contemporary materials. The responsiveness and support of the host is on high level!

The location also brings some cons. The sleep can be interrupted by noisy tram crossing the bridge since early morning till late night. Also the back part (the entrance) of the apartment is a bit smelly due to frequent stops of people leaving the promenade after several drinks. But this goes hand by hand with the exposed location. Apartment is a bit worn off. Needs to be better maintained.
