La organización de piso, las manillas de las puertas ausentes, desgaste en todas las instalaciones, todo viejo, cortina del baño con moho, cortinas rotas y cortas, sofá cama defectuoso, muy ruidoso, CUCARACHAS EN LAS HABITACIONES, suciedad.

I stayed in this apartment for one week and was disappointed with the overall experience. The apartment was not properly maintained, with several items broken upon arrival. Cleanliness was below expectations, and some areas appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and unreliable, making it difficult to work or stream content. Overall, the apartment did not match the standard I expected, and I would not recommend

Nada pós estava com um amigo e chegando lá existia só uma ventoinha bem fraca e apenas duas folhas pedi mas tolhas e se podia aruma mas uma ventoinha e a funcionária ( o ) foi bem arrogante en dize que não tinha que era pra mim fica com o que já tinha no apartamento. Não vi empatia nem educação na forma que ela falou

Quase tudo o sofá cama da sala fui abri e tava tudo partido, um carpete na sala bem sujo e tudo manchado com um mal cheiro forte , mas a sujeira da casa de banho foi o pior o chuveiro não funciona bem conclusão foi uma péssima

Bad / WC muss mit der Treppe begegnet werden - gefahr und die Tuer konnte man nicht wirklich schließen. Zwei Zimmer ohne Fenster und wenn man kocht, könnte sein dass Strom aus fehlt. Internet zugang- KATASTROFE.

Geographical location is perfect. Close to Rato metro station. Nice district with restaurants.

Shower curtain has mold. Some tiles in the bathroom floor were broken. Two windows would not close (hopefully there were shutters). Some lightbulbs would not work as well.

Location was ok.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty. There were signs of mold in several places, and some of the furniture was damaged or worn out. The kitchenware was also in very poor condition and appeared unsafe to use, potentially even from a heavy-metal contamination perspective. It was disappointing to see that the apartment does not seem to have been maintained or invested in for quite some time. The photos in the listing are somewhat misleading - the angles clearly show only the best parts of the space and do not reflect the overall condition of the apartment. Communication with the property manager, however, was satisfactory.
