La ubicación es muy buena a pocos metros de la torre de clérigos y con un parking cercano.

El apartamento olía un poco a tubería cuando entrábamos y si abrimos las ventanas entraba el olor de los extractores de cocina de los restaurantes de la zona de abajo

Sehr netter Gastgeber-Vertreter Bruno. Hat unsere Koffer gebracht. Gut zu erreichen per Telefon. Er hat sich sehr gut gekümmert.

Der Wasserdruck der Warmwasserdusche ist nicht die beste. Im Bad riecht es etwas modrig. Die Terrassenbestuhlung ist nicht gepflegt. Insgesamt ist es halt das dritte Stockwerk. Das muss einem bewusst sein.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt und zahlreichen Restaurants. Viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Piedro, ein Mitarbeiter des Vermieters, war jederzeit gut erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und hat all unsere Fragen beantwortet sowie tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Fernseher. Im Bad rieht es zwar manchmal unangenehm, aber wenn man lüftet, geht der Geruch weg. Es fährt ein Bus direkt zum Flughafen.

Leider sind die Lüftungsanlagen im Innenhof (Blick vom Balkon) auf etwas laut.

Fantastic location close to many local tourist attractions. Room was very clean & comfortable. Great welcome by the host Pedro with lots of useful local tips.

Nothing not to like, except the stairs after a long day walking up & downs the hills of Porto.

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage"

Tolle Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Zb Anbindung an die Metro zum Flughafen (15min zu Fuß) und Museen, Sehenswürdigkeiten ums Eck. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd etc. Sehr gutes Bett, Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen.

Der Balkon benötigt einen neuen Anstrich, müsste sauber gemacht werden, eine Pflanze würde diesen aufwerten. Es fehlen Wäscheklammern, dann könnte man die Wäsche auch auf dem Balkon trocknen (Wind in Porto). Ein Sieb zum Nudeln abgießen wäre toll.
