"Un apartamento muy bonito y completo en el centro de Oporto"

La decoración, la terraza, el equipamiento y la ubicación

Estaba situado en un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero eso ya lo sabíamos al reservarlo. El dormitorio está en un altillo y aunque es muy bonito, a veces es un poco incómodo si tienes que usar el baño por la noche. Con todo, creo que el apartamento ha compensado y volvería a elegirlo.

"In Ordnung, aber mit deutlichen Abstrichen..."

Die Lage in der Altstadt war sehr gut und das Haus in dem die Wohnung liegt ist sehr gepflegt und immer sauber. Die Kommunikation war auch in Ordnung - immer erreichbar und schnelle Antworten.

Auf dem Balkon hat man sehr mit den Gerüchen und Geräuschen der umliegenden Restaurants zu kämpfen. Die Abluftanlagen sich richtig laut leider. Ein Glas Wein am Abend in Ruhe zu trinken ist unmöglich und damit war der Balkon eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Zusätzlich riecht es im Bad oft nach Kanalisation.

Appartement très bien situé, un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Juste une petite suggestion: un parasol sur le terrasse aurait été le bienvenu pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse quii est baignée de soleil l'après-midi et en début de soirée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

The location is perfect, the best we've ever stayed in for location. The flat is on the back so is much quieter and we weren't disturbed by weekend street noise. Afternoon sun on the terrace was wonderful for relaxing. Really well designed to maximise the space. Check in with Pedro was easy although we would have struggled without mobile internet of the day we arrived.

Check in details and arrangements came on the day of check in which added some stress and anxiety for us. The apartment was minimally equipped for cooking, we would have liked some salt/pepper/foil etc to help us cook meals. The shower was leaking which resulted in strong damp smells everytime we used it.
