A coffee machine and toaster would be good

Very easy self check in. Very close to the metro station and easy to find. Several restaurants and mini shops near by. Easy walk to the center. Apartment has two bedrooms, separate living room, kitchen with dining area. Overall very good value for the price Thanks for letting us leave the luggage in the apt until our flight!

Some small things like missing iron, or washing machine available without any detergent (will not by the pack for 1 wash). But nothing special, would come again.

Clean cozy and bright apartmnent with beautifull terrace

The apartment is only 6 minutes from the Metro Station and about half an hour by foot to the city centre. It’s a lovely walk through old town and some shopping streets. It’s very spacious and access to the garden is a nice touch. A supermarket is just 10 minutes away.

Very good location, fairly close to amenities like the excellent Bom Successo market and supermarkets. You could walk to the city centre, but it is a long walk. There is a Metro station nearby, but there are a lot of steps (bear this in mind if you have luggage - there is no ramp). The apartment building also has a lot of steps to use if you are not on the ground floor. I was in the 'penthouse' and although I had to walk all the way up, there was a large rooftop terrace, ideal for the sunny days I was lucky to experience. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette (including a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, plus a refrigerator, microwave and cooking rings), a very good washing machine and a large bedroom. Noise outside from traffic was not too bad ('dull roar') and what I would expect in a central location.

The decor needs a lot of refreshing. The furnishings are what I would expect in student accommodations, not a tourist apartment in this price range. The shower needs signficant cleaning to remove a huge amount of mildew and the water pressure was not great. I would box in the boiler as well. The wardrobe in the bedroom is a cheap canvas thing with a zipper. The living room sofa is more like a futon and the cover had a burn hole in it. Extra rubbish bags should have been left for people to use. It really would not be difficult or costly to bring this place up to a higher standard. Be sure to bring your own toiletries (there was dishwashing liquid, though).
