트램 28E정류장 바로 앞이라서 리스본 어디로 이동하든지간에 굉장히 편리했음.

청결문제가 좀 있움 예를들어 세탁기 세제 넣는 곳이 청소가 안되어있고 샤워커튼 곰팡이가 있음

Location was great. Took the famous 28 tram everyday to go to tourist locations and to downtown Lisbon. The host greeted us at the apt , gave us a nice tour of the apt and explained everything in detail. We were 3 guests and it was very spacious. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Copenhagen restaurant just across the apt is a great spot for breakfast even if just for a coffee, great way to start the day. The outdoor patio was used regularly, we had all our late dinners and drinks there every evening. Easy 10 min walk to stores and restaurants.

Nothing all was perfect, we felt very safe here.

This is a very comfortable apartment located in the Alfama district, close to so many things, including an excellent coffee place directly opposite. And the 12 and 28 trams run past the door. Facilities are clean and mostly fresh. The terrace is a standout feature for breakfast or lazing. Everything needed for the stay was on hand and the welcoming communication was brilliant, even though we arrived well ahead of schedule.

A minor gripe is with inconsistent hot water and a finicky shower but we managed to get the hang of that quickly. Tram and traffic noise is present but muted and proved to be of little concern.

Excelente apartamento, 1 dcha., en Alfama. Dos habitaciones, dos baños (uno dentro de una habitación), una cocina grande y completa, un gran salón comedor y una terraza en la parte de atrás. El famoso tranvía 28 para casi en la puerta lo que es conveniente para aquellos que no quieran subir y bajar puesto que Alfama está en cuesta. Barrio muy típico y con mucho ambiente. Cerca del castillo y también del centro.

La entrada del garaje un poco complicada si el coche es grande porque la calle es estrecha pero la plaza fenomenal.

Trato con la propiedad, parking en el mismo edificio.

Trudność z odbiorem kluczy. Musiałem czekać na osobę która miała mi je przekazać (spóźniła się), mimo, że regularnie informowałem managera o postępie swojej podróży. Było to bardzo niekomfortowe, zwłaszcza, że byłem ze swoją rodziną z dużymi bagażami na wąskiej ulicy

Great location, great vibe in the area. Tram right outside your door. Great outdoor space. Very comfortable. Juan was a great host - full of information.

Bathrooms might need a little attention. 2nd bedroom - bathroom is separate.

Spacious, well laid out, clean, comfortable and everything we needed/expected. Location in Alfama district was ideal for what we were looking for.
