L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un bel immeuble très propre et dans une rue calme. Il est très fonctionnel et facile d'accès. Les interlocuteur sont très agréables et très réactif à chaque questions

La salle de bain pourrait être améliorée, la porte vitré ne tenais pas très bien ainsi qu'un cache, mais le propriétaire à de suite réagi et à fait intervenir quelqu'un.

They are good in communicating but their info isn't accurate.

They are not reliable to me. I asked them several time, and made sure that they answer, if there's an elevator and if the apartment is accessible. I told them it's for my older parents and still they gave inaccurate marketing answers that I would like to hear. My 80 year old parents had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room because they couldn't get to the toilet at night. This is disgrace! You don't treat people like this. Then they tried to tricked me and told me that booking.com are responsible for my refund which I never got back. We left the apartment after 1 night and booked a hotel instead. I will never book with them ever again.

The location is fantastic, very easy to move around or to get there from the train station, beautiful church can be seen from the balcony, there's also a small market on the same street to buy anything you might need.

The shower, I despise it, some days it had no pressure whatsoever, washing your hair was a difficult task. Everything else had really good pressure so it should be an easy fix.

Amazing location. Very clean apartment and spacious even for three people. Check in process was easy and the staff were so helpful.

Perhaps limited toilet paper for a 4 night stay.

Great location and the apartment is really beautiful.

The maintenance was really bad in the bathroom, rusted metal for example the toilet roll handle and the shower gel rack in the shower. Also we where 3 people and it had pillows only for 2.

The location was amazing! On walking distance of everything!

The shower kept clogging, there was no where where to put the clothes or hang them and no mirror except in the bathroom
