"very nice staff with very friendly approach"

I think pick-up of the keys could be much easier for instance by installing little key box near the main door I did not like the weak water stream in shower.

"beautiful city, good location and friendly staff of FLH"

Locality was grate - near to city centrum.

There were many small negative things: - I was contacted 3-4x from FLH for fulfilling a customer formular - it was very annoying. - The flat was booked for 3 people, but prepared were only 2 beds! It caused a problem for me. Thanks to the FLH employee, the third bed was prepared. - not all lights were working - the TV -remote control had only 1 piece batery in it - no towel rail for in bathroom - was destroyed...

"Very good"

Location was great, close to city center, to main attractions. a 10 min walk to the metro. very nice view from the room balcony.

There was no closet to put our clothes in, so we had to keep the clothes in the bags. Missing wine glasses. Had to pick the room key far away and we had to take taxi then to get to the room.

The location is very good, accesible to all tourist spots. The heater does function well and there’s hot water too, its very important for the cold weather.

Great location, lots of good restaurants nearby and view of a lovely tiled Igreja. Apartment was clean, looked nice as in the photos and a decent size.

We specified that 3 of us were staying but there was no bed linen for the sofa bed! We opted to get an airport pickup offered by Booking.com but it takes you to the property, then you have to walk a miles with your bags to pick up the keys which wasn’t ideal.

Apartment was modern and clean, great location, lift was a bonus.Nice décor.

No storage whatsoever, no wardrobe, no chest of drawers, nothing. We had to keep everything in our suitcases. Not even some wall hooks or hangers to hang our coats up near the door! Had to go to an office first to get keys. Why have this system, means you arrive and then have to go to another location to get the keys, the last thing you want to when you have arrived from an airport!
