Our two-day stay in Porto apartments was simply magical. Paula, the owner, greeted us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She not only proved to be a caring host but also a wonderful conversationalist, sharing insights into the best spots around town. The apartments are perfectly situated, offering breathtaking views of the city lights at night, creating a romantic atmosphere that words cannot fully capture. Each evening, we eagerly awaited the chance to marvel at this captivating sight together. Being close to the city center allowed us easy access to all the main attractions and restaurants. Inside, the apartments were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and stylish decor that enhanced Porto's ambiance. We're grateful to Paula for her hospitality and highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a perfect romantic getaway in Porto. It was truly unforgettable, and we're already dreaming of returning.

The host was very welcoming. The location was excellent. The view was fabulous. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped.

There are quite a few steps to reach the apartment. If you don't like music, you might be put off by the music from the neighbouring restaurant late into the evening.

Location for sure, very comfortable bed, everything you need is in place, loved small compliments, good selection of cookware and even spices but there is no need to cook as all the restaurants are just a minute away

Not much to mention maybe just an automatic light on the stairs when you go down to the toilet would be helpful

View to die for. The owner has thought if everything.and put every nook and cranny to its best use.

Really nothing to say bad at all. The workout going up and down the stairs was much needed. If you're driving there you can get pretty close to the front door to drop off luggage. Overnight parking is down the road at 20€ per day. Googlemaps works amazingly well.

The view was beautiful and Paula was very helpful for check in. The location is also perfect for exploring Porto and Gaia.

Small bathroom, so hard to use shower

The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and was there to meet me to give me the keys, show me around and offer advice. The apartment is very well appointed and every small detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. All the facilities were in spotless condition and the apartment was beautifully decorated, extensively equipped and cleverly laid out to maximise the use of space. Overall, the owner went out of her way to make the stay special. The views from the windows, up and down the Douro river and across to Porto are spectacular and you can just sit for hours and gaze at all the activity on the river and the city lit up at night. There are many places to eat and drink on both sides of the river and the atmosphere is always very sociable and relaxed. The whole area and the city in general feels very safe and comfortable to walk around. Porto is a very beautiful city to explore; just take time to relax and wander and you will always find an unexpected viewpoint, garden or restaurant, as well as all the main sites. It also makes an excellent base to explore other beautiful places. I recommend the spectacular rail journey up the Douro Valley to Pinhao, a visit to Guimaraes which is a stunning small city and Amarante is a beautiful little town as well. All these places are within easy reach by rail or by express coach. Overall it was a wonderful week (I recommend a week's stay to explore everything fully and have time to relax). I highly recommend Porto as a destination, but your stay will be extra special if you stay in this apartment.

Fabulous location with lovely views and close to lovely bars and restaurants. Paula was very helpful answering my questions.

The studio apartment we stayed in was on the fourth floor (no lift) which Paula told us in advance but it was tiring with our bags - also the bathroom was cramped, people with claustrophobia may struggle!
