My Lisbon Apartment with AC

Location, hospitality of the owner and all the possibilitiea offered at home were good. Furniturea and decoration were very nice.

Heating system was insufficient and besides when opened the window on kitchen side, the smoke coming from a nearby restaurant disturbed.

Perfect Location and warm welcome and flexible

No shower curtain or partition. Altho this is minor

Street and nearby Parking is very expensive

The location was close to a metro which was very convenient. The unit had 2 bathrooms and a washing machine which is also convenient for longer stays and for larger groups. The kitchen was well equipped and we had breakfast every morning in the unit before heading out for a day of sightseeing. There is a supermarket down the street for convenience.

Location was excellent with the Metro,restaurants, bars within minutes from the property.

Too warm in the summer with no air con.

The location was good, close to shops and restaurants.

The location in the evening was a little noisy. The apartment did not have air conditioning and leave the windows open at night was difficult with all the street noise.

It was clean and well presented. It had everything we needed for travelling with a family. The metro stop Avenida was just around the corner so it was easy to get to although most Lisbon sights were walkable from the apartment. The owners communicated well and we were met at the property by Roberto who was very helpful.

It’s not a negative but for information, the apartment is on the second floor up some step stairs. There isn’t a lift. This wasn’t a problem for us but is worth knowing for some.
