Staff were very attentive and quick to respond.

Pillows were terrible. It looked like some sort of insect droppings or something in the corner of the room as well as the droppings falling out of the AC unit above the bed onto the bed. The bathroom was not clean with mold in the shower as well as a foul smell coming from the bathroom at all times. Be careful walking back at night as the area (5 min from location walking) has a lot of homeless people and we found corners with people doing drugs.

Excellent stay in Lisbon! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. The host was very helpful, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in. We really appreciated the support and communication throughout our stay. Thank you for everything, we would gladly stay here again. 😊

It was central

The apartment wasn't clean and there was mould everywhere in the bathroom. The back splash in the main room was smashed. The bed was uncomfortable and the sofa incredibly stained. Very little to cook with and had to purchase soap etc for the bathroom. Considering it wasn't a cheap accommodation I would expect basics like this to be included. Overall would not recommend this place unless you are staying for 1 or 2 nights. It is not good value for money.

The approach is through garbage strewn road. It also feels unsafe during late hours.
