La comodidad de tener diferentes apartamentos en una misma ubicación para poder estar en amigos reunidos pero cada uno en su lugar.

The villa is very close to the city centre. We only used the metro a few times and took the historic tram once, as most places were easy to reach on foot — wandering through Lisbon’s streets is exactly our style of holiday. The accommodation is located in a lively and multicultural neighbourhood with a very local feel. At the same time, you can reach the main squares and central areas within about 10 minutes on foot, and we always felt safe. We also appreciated that although part of the check-in was done online and we received the room code via WhatsApp, there were always staff members on site between 10:00 and 16:00. They were very helpful and friendly during check-in, spoke good English, and gave us some great tips on where to go in the city.

The main things we struggled with were the comfort of the room and the ventilation. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, even though we are usually not very demanding in this regard. The fridge was also quite noisy, and there was some mould in the bathroom. The room was accessed through glass doors from the inner courtyard, where other guests regularly passed by, so we did not feel comfortable leaving the doors open. Apart from that, there were only two small windows, which made it difficult to air the room properly. Every time we came back, the room felt a bit stuffy. The kitchen was generally fine, but we would have appreciated a few more basic items, such as a frying pan or a chopping board. We also had an issue with the boiler when we arrived, as there was no hot water in our room. The staff responded quickly, gave us access to another room so we could shower, and arranged for the boiler to be replaced the next day. Unfortunately, the new boiler later started dripping, which was quite disturbing as it was located right next to the bed. Although the situation affected our stay, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and did their best to solve the problem.

The studio is comfortable and well located. It is as shown in the photos. The roof on the above floor is a bit short fot tall people.The staff are friendly and try to fix any inconveniences

The área despite well located has some not very nice people around. For the rest everything is ok. Recommended

Eine sehr süße Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Carolina war super lieb, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation sowohl im Vorhinein als auch vor Ort lief super reibungslos. Uns wurden sehr hilfreiche Tips zu Parkmöglichkeiten und anderen Unternehmungen in Lissabon gegeben. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass man vor Ort dauerhaft einen Ansprechpartner hatte.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küchenausstattung könnte man noch verbessern. Es fehlte zum Beispiel ein Abtrockenhandtuch. Aber wir haben auch nicht weiter danach gefragt.

Top Lage in der Altstadt, direkt an der Tram 28. Carolina hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und war den ganzen Tag vor Ort um uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen, vielen Dank dafür 🫶🏽
