Apartamento maravilhoso, tudo funcionando, localização ótima perto da estação de metrô Intendente.

O bairro está bastante descuidado, ruas sujas. Uber/taxi não entra na rua pois é bem estreita, deixa um pouco antes, mas são só alguns passos.
