One of the rooms does not have a window and another room is a mesanine. The windows on the bedroom did not open.

Great spot, close to everything.

The AC didn't work well.

The location was ok..size was very good. Overall, it was a good experience. There is private and secure parking on sight. Fullyl equipped with everything you would need, exception of a kettle.

On the day of landing in Portugal, I was informed that I needed to be let in by a member of staff. I told them I'd be at the apartment by 5 pm, and was informed the earliest a member of staff could let me in was at 7.30pm. After much debate and pushing, they managed to get a member of staff to me before 6pm. The lifts are small and can't fit many suitcases. TV didn't work and was really comparable with the units WiFi. Local tenants moaned about my car and parking; I really didn't understand the issue.

Location..size..value for money..cleanliness....all round excellent...highly recommended

New build going on next store..a bit noisy..considering there was a big effience on keeping noise levels down on signs/paper work we were given..

A little tired.

The location was great, it is central to many restaurants and tourist attractions (about a 10 min walk to Clerigos Tower). Private parking with the unit was so convenient especially in Portugal where parking in city centers is very difficult to find even in the off-season. Previous comments about the dimensions of the parking entrance made it seem like only small cars would fit but I would like to clear that up: the entrance to the parking was tight but it easily fits a standard vehicle. We drove an SUV and it fit perfectly. Valerio even met us at the property and helped guide us into the space and gave us a full tour of the property. Once you are past the parking entrance there's lots of room inside to move around and park in the designated spot. It's safe and secure and was perfect for the few days we were there. There was a paid parking lot right across the road from the unit where we were lucky enough to find a spot to wait until check-in. The unit itself was exactly as described and larger than it seemed in photos. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, full kitchen, and washing machine. We found it quite humid in Portugal so our clothes didn't dry too well on the hanging rack but the unit had plenty of space heaters which we used to help dry. The owner left complimentary coffee and tea which was great in the mornings. There was a nice breakfast spot about a 30 second walk from the unit called "Story" which was delicious and great value for money. A highlight was the multiple wall outlets near the beds. It has been difficult to find wall outlets in most accommodations in Portugal, especially plugs that are close to the bed to charge cell phones, etc. However, this unit had plenty in convenient spots. This unit also had an elevator which brought you from the garage or the main floor up/down to the unit which was helpful when having to carry large luggage.

The unit was everything we needed and more. Very safe and convenient with secure private parking and in a great spot. We would definitely return. Two minor things to note: (1) The spiral staircase up to the loft where one of the beds is located is narrow. It is very tight so would not be great for carrying up large, heavy luggage. We left ours on the main floor. (2) The unit had liquid hand soap but no shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
