Madeira Precious Penthouse

Ricardo, the owner, was very attentive and friendly. He went out of his way to welcome us in the apt late at night, due to flight delay. He was closely monitoring our flight in preparation for our arrival. He answered all our requests in a timely manner and gave us generous tips for things to do and restaurants with most authentic and sublime quality food in Funchal. The place is massive, ideal for a family/kids and clean as one would hope for. The location is perfect, just short walk from downtown.

Precious Penthouse is in an ideal location, surrounded by great restaurants and close to interesting attractions. Just down the hill are parks and the old town of Funchal.

Location was perfect. Many restaurants and music venues near by and easy access to the center of Funchal.

The Appartement is just perfect: it’s beautiful furnished, the terrace is awesome, very convenient located, lots of restaurants around and the owner is very welcoming and helpful.

Good location. Accomadating Owner allowed us to stay past checkout while waiting for plane. Really nice bedding and towels. Coffee was provided and Washing machine was handy as well.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Madeira Precious Penthouse! We cannot say enough about how lovely and relaxing the apartment is for our family. Everyone one had plenty of comfortable space with a beautiful view. The terrace was our favorite place to sit after a long day of sightseeing. The kids enjoyed eating out there and recouping from a long day. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was clean and very well equipped with a nespresso, washer and dryer which is wonderful for a family! Riccardo was a gracious host and gave is much information to make our stay comfortable. There are many great restaurants in very close proximity and a few supermarkets to accommodate your needs. We absolutely would love to return to this gorgeous accommodation on beautiful Madeira Island!
