Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 19:00 each day. A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00. For arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, the fee increases to 30 EUR. Guests should request this service until at least 24 hours prior to check-in. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that for stays of 7 nights or more, towels are changed once a week. Sheets are only changed for stays longer than 10 nights, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of 5 EUR. The baby cot is free of charge the rest of the year. The apartments cannot exceed the occupancy indicated in the reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
