MSPC Alfama Charming

Due to break-in it is difficult to say anything possitive.

MS apartments review Disappointing. Unfortunately although a nice apartment security and safety was not of the standard it should have been. Within a few hours of arriving at the apartment, we were broken into and money stolen. The apartment is on the second floor with shutters and bars on the windows so the only way to have access to the apartment was via the front door which we locked and checked on our way out. The key box for the apartment was in a very public place and there was no safe within the apartment. It also came to our attention via another booking platform after we had been broken into, that the same had happened to Holiday makers in this apartment in October 2025. So the above points had not been addressed after that incident. It should also be noted that this apartment is up for sale so multiple people also have sets of keys to the accommodation. We were given an accommodation refund at the behest of Booking.com and MS apartments have made an insurance claim for the loss of our monies. We wait to see if that materialises. However this incident put a real mar on our short break and could have been avoided if some security measures had been put in place after the last break in.

Very good location

Lizbon’un en turistik bölgesi Alfama’da , nehir manzaralı, ana yolun hemen başında olması güzel. Alfama nın yokuşlu yollarından etkilenmiyorsunuz. Daire geniş, çift banyolu, asansörlü, mutfak eşyaları oldukça yeterli. Lizbon’daki turistik gezinizin yüzde 70 i bence Alfama bölgesinde, daire Alfama bölgesindeki tüm noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Daire sıcak( biz Ocak ayında konakladık).Ayrıca Pingo market( Lidl tarzında) 500-600 m. Uzaklıkta. Biz ulaşımda Bolt kullandık, dairenin konumu Bolt ile buluşmak için çok uygun, hemen yol kenarında. Lizbon’a geldiğinizde Alfama”da ve bu Daire de konaklamanızı ısrarla tavsiye ederim.

Olumsuz bir yan yazmam gerekiyorsa döşemeler ahşap olduğundan salonun döşemeleri yürürken ses yapıyor ama bizce olumsuz bir durum değil, sonuçta ahşap 😄

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with wonderful views, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location in the Alfama district was great, with easy access to its facilities and charms. Lift access was a bonus.

The location was in a laneway and difficult to find (even for the taxi driver) but the map and instructions that were provided helped us get there in the end. The road it faced was very noisy, but the double-glazed windows shut out most of the noise.

It was roomie and open. The kitchen was nice and we loved the view of the water. It was close to Old Town and the Metro stop.

It was a little challenging to find, but used the location on app.

El apartamento es muy amplio con habitaciones, espaciosas y un salón comedor muy cómodo. Las vistas son espléndidas y a pesar de ser mayoritariamente exterior está muy bien aislado y el tráfico no molesta para nada. La ubicación es muy buena en pleno barrio de Alfama. Te permite ir andando a cualquier punto de la ciudad.

La comunicación con la anfitriona y el conserje no fue todo lo fluida que hubiera necesitado. Dicho esto, ambos fueron siempre muy amables. Lo que más eché de menos fue que permitieran dejar el equipaje en el apartamento una vez hecho el check out. Solo te ofrecen un servicio externo de pago, que es más caro que otros disponibles en las cercanías del apartamento.
