Apartamento nas Olaias a 5 minutos da Faculdade ISEL e IST

There was literally nothing to like about the property! DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT BOOK!

I booked this apartment for 5 nights, but we left after just one because it was unsafe to stay. The bathroom was full of mold — not just a little, but enough to make it a serious health hazard for me and my family. The walls were so thin you could hear every bit of loud music and shouting next door, and inside it was unbearably hot with just one fan for the whole place. The moment we arrived, I contacted the owner to report the mold and other issues. They never answered the phone — only their AI chatbot replied with useless automated messages. With nowhere else to go so late at night, we stayed one night and left first thing in the morning. When I reported everything to Booking.com, they told me the property claimed they would not refund the unused nights. Like I’m supposed to stay there no matter what!hiding behind the “non-refundable” clause. Booking.com did nothing to protect us, offering just 90€ for the “inconvenience” — not even the cost of one night — and refusing to take real responsibility for listing a place that is clearly unsafe. It’s obvious this “non-refundable” policy is being used as a loophole to rip people off, even when there are legitimate health and safety issues. Booking.com should be removing properties like this, not letting them profit from putting guests at risk.

Jól felszerelt és tiszta. Tiszta ágynemű és törölközők. Szállodai szappant, sampont biztosított a kiadó. Mosógép és szárítási lehetőség rendelkezesre állt.

A kisebbik szoba, konyha es fürdőszoba levegőtlen, ventilátor nem volt, mi vettünk, hogy a meleget elviseljék a gyerekek. Fürdőszoba tiszta volt, de nem volt törölközőtartó és az egyik lámpa a fürdőben hol működött, hol nem. A környék kiesik, de tűrhető, viszont elég hangos, felhallatszik az utca zaja, szomszédok, ami nagyon behallatszik a lakásba.

El apartamento pequeño pero acogedor ubicación muy buena con metro y autobús a cinco minutos la estación de metro y en la misma calle parada de autobús calle tranquila sin mucho ruido. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta

Barrio un poco sucio y con gente muy diversa pero barrio seguro
