L'emplacement très proche de tout, du Douro comme du centre historique avec les rues principales. La propreté, l'équipement et le confort de l'appartement.

Nous avons dû attendre presque 40 min pour la remise des clés car l'hôte ne nous avait pas envoyé les instructions pour récupérer les clés et nous n'arrivions pas à la le joindre par téléphone. Cela nous a un peu fait stresser car nous avions une visite de prévue dans l'après-midi et nous avions peur de la rater à cause de cela. Mais sinon tout s'est bien passé.

The apartment was located in such a great position! Right near the heart of Porto. The air-conditioning worked really well! Was nice to have a laundry and a fridge! An older place but clean, well maintained. It is on the 4th floor, so no lift. We knew this had had no problems or concerns. The ‘loft’ had black out blinds that worked fantastically.

The loft got a bit hot! Might be good to have its own air conditioner or fan to rotate the air. Can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet - which at first was frustrating but then it appears quite common in Porto (lots of bars and restaurants had the same restrictions). Must be old plumbing!

Die Wohnung wirkte sehr hell und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet, und der Blick vom Balkon, Richtung Fluss und Kirche war richtig schön. Man war direkt in der Altstadt, sehr nah am Fluss und an der Linie eins der Straßenbahn, mit der man zum Meer fahren kann. 1 Minute entfernt war ein alternativer Club, indem sehr nette Menschen super leckeres veganes Essen für sehr wenig Geld zauberten und in dem es auch oft Livemusik gibt. Der Checkin war einfach über einen Schlüssel Code. Die Dusche war richtig gut und auch die Küche war toll eingerichtet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten.

Da man durch die Beschreibung wusste, dass es im vierten Stock lag, hat uns dieses nicht weiter gestört. Dafür hatte man eine tolle Aussicht. Einziger negativer Punkt wäre für mich, dass man Toilettenpapier nicht in die in der Toilette entsorgen konnte, was dem Aufenthalt aber nicht Geschadet hat.

Great location in the city centre. Very close to trams and buses. Very comfortable bed and great facilities including a washing machine. Very charming apartment.
