Appartement de qualité, spacieux, bien équipé et très proche du centre ville

4ème étage sans ascenseur ; ne pas venir avec trop de bagages. Un cauchemar pour circuler et se garer sur Porto ; si possible venir sans voiture. Info pour les voyageurs en voiture : Le parking Alfândega, à côté, a un personnel agressif et voleur : refoulé comme des malpropres à l’arrivée, car parking plein (pas d’autorisation de patienter devant, alors qu’on avait beaucoup de bagages), puis quand place trouvée à 2km dans la rue, parcmètre pas de plus de 2h, on a finalement pu rentrer dans ce parking Alfandega à 18h00. Mais nouvelle déconvenue le surlendemain matin, après 37h de stationnement : 45,5€ alors que 35€ annoncés pour 48h en ligne ; quand oppposé au personnel, une fois de plus agressif, celui répond que cela ne se fait pas et que c’est comme ça, 1,20€ par heure alors qu’on aurait du payer 35€ au plus tel que renseigné sur leur site … du vol caractérisé

Good location. Clean and tidy. Lovely and spacious house.

It’s on 4th floor but there’s no lift, like others.

The place was clean and had most necessities. Instructions were communicated clearly.

The listing did say 4th somewhere but didn’t explicitly specify that there is no lift and you need to climb about 8 flights of stairs. The attic where the 2 twin beds are is extremely hot upon our arrival.

Tolle Lage!! Tolle Stimmung am Flussufer des Douro zum flanieren und fein Essen gehen. Für Naturfans unbedingt den weitläufigen Parque da Cidade do Porto besichtigen. Tipp: Auch mit Hop on Hop off Bus gut zu erreichen, da etwas ausserhalb der Stadt gelegen.

Die Kindermatratzen / die Betten im Obergeschoss waren nicht sehr komfortabel. Die Galerie ist sehr klein und im Juli extrem heiss unter dem Dach. Wir haben das Dachfenster mit einem Tuch so gut es ging beschattet.

Wonderful location, fairly quiet but close to center. Larger than it looks in photos. 3 air conditioning units (bedroom, living room and hallway). Though the loft got too hot to sleep in while we were there, we moved the mattresses to living room for the kids. Clean.

Add a fan for the loft space.

The location is convenient

The property only has one bedroom and bathroom hence it should not be rented out to 5 adults as it has only 1 private area which is the bedroom. This house is ideal for a family (1 couple and their 2/3 children) but for 5 adults privacy was becoming an issue as all other spaces of the house are open.

Location was fantastic. Easy to reach from San Bento train station by bus # 500 to save walk with suitcases up and down hill. Apartment was very spacious. I would recommend to friends.

As mentioned in apartment desciption there are 4 flights of stairs to get to apartment door, it is a good workout, got easier each day!

Great location, clean, today and spacious. The apartment is up four flights of stairs so not for the less mobile! Also the beds on the mezzanine would probably not suit younger children. We were kept awake by seagulls each night which did spoil our stay but obviously has nothing to do with the apartment , which was in the most fantastic location with a nice view.
