"Muy lindo, pero mejorar la atención"

El lugar, limpieza y comodidad.

Falta de respuesta luego de hacer el check in. Nunca mandaron claves de acceso al lugar. Solicitamos poder ingresar el equipaje antes del horario y nos lo negaron. Esperando el horario de ingreso en la calle, pasadas las 16 hs , enviamos mensajes al número indicado, realizamos llamadas y nunca respondieron. Recién a las 16:50 luego de solicitarle a un vecino de otra propiedad ya desesperados por imaginarnos buscando otro lugar fue que un vecino pudo comunicarse con Ana Roque quien recién en ese momento mandó los codigos de acceso. Una falta de responsabilidad total! Encima luego manda un mensaje que el check Outlook era a las 10hs cuando en la página figuraba a las 11. Lo realizamos a las 10:15.

"Sehr nette kleine Ferienwohnung"

Die Vermieterin war zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Kontakt über WhatsApp. Zentrale Lage. Gute Betten, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.

Schade, dass man die Koffer nicht schon früher abstellen konnte. Waren schon um 10 Uhr morgens in Lissabon und mussten bis 15 Uhr mit den Koffern rumlaufen.

De afzuigkap was kapot. Bij de koekenpan was het handvat los. De keukeninventaris was wat matig.

"Für Kurztrip gut geeignetes, ausreichend ausgestattetes und gut gelegenes Apartment"

Zentrale, eigentlich ruhige Altstadtlage mit guter Anbindung am Bus/Straßenbahn, wenn man mal die Linien kennt (Station Graça, Bus 734/735/10b oder Tram 28E) Tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Graça. Uber als günstige Möglichkeit vor allem bei der Anfahrt nutzen (geht von der Metro steil bergauf übers Kopfsteinpflaster). Sehr saubere Unterkunft, hell und mit Klimaanlage. Guter, schneller online Kontakt zum Vermieter, Wohnung alarmgesichert. Basisausstattung. Zwischenreinigung und frische Wäsche bei längerem Aufenthalt.

Aktuell Sanierung umliegender Häuser mit Baulärm ab 8 Uhr. Haus sehr hellhörig. Keine Kleiderschränke/Kommoden. Wir hätten uns mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad gewünscht, ein Wäscheständer ist aber vorhanden (passt nicht ins Bad). Geschirr/Gläser und Besteck sind gerade so für 4 Personen ausreichend und minimalistisch gehalten.

"great stay, recommend!"

the location is super convenient, you can walk to most of the major attractions in Lisbon. The tram line 28 station is also very close to the apartment. the apartment is very cozy and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable.

The rooftop view of the city is amazing but the staircases to the rooftop are falling off. No elevator.
