"The flat was clean, location is OK. The staff aren’t very reactive though when it comes to responding to your needs. The"

There is a terrace and kitchen to cook something small.

The female staff who is rude and seems unbothered when we requested for some help and also their reactivity for issues with the flat. The washing machine was broken.

"For sleeping and bathing was good enough"

Location was good, we walked almost all the time to city centre.

There was mould on the walls, the cupboards were broken, smell was bad, had to keep the doors open. Terrace wasn’t cleaned. We found only two blankets for four people.

Apartment is big and newly refurbished. All the appliances we needed. Area can look a bit dodge but is quite safe. No issues at all to find a parking spot nearby ( paid from 9am-7pm) There’s a few restaurants and grocery nearby, also is walking distance to Alfama (about 15 minutes) Everything was great with our stay
