The management company was easy to reach, responsive and acted quickly to resolve the problems that arose with the property. The terrace, dishwasher, washing machine all were very good. We liked the neighborhood; it was convenient, attractive and pleasant. The apartment was generally clean.

The apartment is entered through the ground floor which is fine. However, it is long and backs into a steep hill, so the back of the apartment and terrace are 1-2 stories below grade into the hill. The problem with this is sewage and draining; after a hard rain, the apartment smells of sewage. If the back doors are closed, it can be just awful. With ventilation, the smell can dissipate fairly quickly, but a residual remains, in our case, for days. We experienced flooding issues with the shower, but the apartment management quickly resolved this. I think that apartment management might have offered to move us to another apartment had we insisted, but we stuck it out, largely due to their prompt efforts to resolve the issues.

Lovely art apartment. Loved the openly visible beams:). Great garden, comfortable bed and every possible device that you might need during your stay. Also perfect location right at the heart of Graca.
