Suncoast Residence V (Free parking)

Ubicación, lo espacioso que es, que tenga dos dormitorios y dos baños, la cocina equipada. Muy bien ubicado en zona residencial con todos los servicios: restauración, muy cerca del parque de Santa Catalina.

Es oscuro en cuanto a las persianas mallorquinas que tiene en todo el piso, pero al llegar casi de noche, tampoco fue un problema. Que el acceso a la plaza de garaje está complicado, pero se puede aparcar bien fuera de ella. Hay bastantes mosquitos, incluso dentro del apartamento al abrir las ventanas, por lo que recomiendo que lleven repelente.

Apartament bardzo komfortowy, czysty, cichy. Posiada dwie łazienki i dwie sypialnie - super na 4 osoby. Kontakt z własciecielką bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Blisko spacerem do centrum Funchal.

Jedynym, ale za to dużym, minusem jest fakt, że apartement jest bardzo ciemny a przez to ponury. Dopływ światła dziennego jest tak mały, że trzeba zapalać światło od samego rana. Jedynie jedna sypialnia ma dostaecznie widne okno.

Byli jsme spokojeni s prostorností a velikostí apartmánu – poskytoval dostatek místa a pohodlí. Velkou výhodou je také skvělá lokalita a možnost parkování přímo u objektu, což nám pobyt výrazně usnadnilo.

Na druhou stranu je potřeba zmínit i několik nedostatků. V apartmánu bylo poměrně málo denního světla, což působilo trochu ponuro. Chyběla také klimatizace, která by zejména v teplých dnech zvýšila komfort. Nejvíce nás ale znepokojila přítomnost švába v ložnici, což rozhodně pokazilo celkový dojem z pobytu.

Faltan cosas en cocina (paños, sartenes, etc). La unica sarten que hay no se puede utilizar. Tampoco hay basicos como aceite.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location

La ubicación por la cercanía al centro de Funchal y el parking dentro del bloque. El apartamento es muy espacioso y siendo poco luminoso (ya lo había leído en los comentarios) no nos importó, pues el apartamento lo utilizamos para descanso y aseo.

Echamos de menos algún paño de cocina

Apartment is very spacious and is in fact nicer than the pictures on the advert. It had a huge living room with a dining table - it would be a great place for 2 couples to stay. I liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and packed lunch for hikes - we found everything that we needed to prepare our meals. Apartment also has washer/dryer but we only stayed for a week and didn’t need to use. Overall highly recommend to book as it’s a great location.

As this is a ground floor apartment it was a little dark due to the shutters, however saying that we spent very little time in the property and this wasn’t an issue. It should be considered if it’s a family stay/you’re planning to stay longer time during the day in the apartment. It was great to have an allocated parking space however the ramp to go down to a lower level is very narrow and had problems getting in a ford focus - consider booking a very small car for Madeira anyway due to very narrow roads in general and sharp turns up hill. However the lovely man who let us is gave us a tip to park outside the multi story car park to avoid awkward corners. We only had to park in the actual bay twice which took some time!
