The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, and the free parking was definitely a big plus.

I stayed at this apartment for a week, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness. The most serious issue was the strong sewage smell coming from the drainage pipes, which made the stay very unpleasant. The apartment is clearly in need of proper maintenance — several things are broken or in poor condition, such as the door handles, kitchen chairs, and the toilet paper holder. These should really be repaired or replaced. Also, despite staying for a week, there was no toilet paper provided upon arrival, which I found quite inconvenient and unprofessional. This place has potential, but without some serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance, I wouldn’t recommend it.
