The hospitality and the position

Very clean, looks exactly like in the photos.

I don't think there is something not to like.

Nice, well equipped apartment, not too far from the city center. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has a good vibe, one can stay even for more days. Parking is free in the city and if you're in luck you may find a spot right in front of the window.

There are some spots in the apartment that would need a bit more care for the dust, like the fan in the bathroom, other then that it was clean. The flat itself can be a bit weird but that's not the owners fault.

proactive communication with the owner; the apartment is quite close to everything that is important in a shorter stay; even if not on the first try, but we found a parking space quite close to the apartment, for free

we are non-smokers, and the smell of cigarettes (we didn't realize that it was all over the building, or someone had smoked inside the apartment before) was quite strong; the sheet was made of a plastic material and the duvets were very thick so it was quite warm during the night and there is no air conditioning in the apartment (luckily the weather was quite cool outside)
