Terrible. Do not stay here. Toilet Leaked from bowl from day 1. They told me there was no one in Lisbon available to fix it. The house smelt like an open sewer. Had to open windows to ventilate the place. The streets noise from outside was extremely loud. It is on a corner so trams and cars on one side and cars on the other side. They told me they would give me a partial refund for the sanitary problem but stopped communicating with me and never gave a refund. So they lied. No AC so stifling hot. They told me the construction opposite was inside the building only, but contractors cut materials outside all day with loud cutting tools and lots of masonry dust. Awful experience and awful untruthful host behaviour. Take your money elsewhere they do not deserve it.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location of the apartment is great, as most of the sights are within walking distance. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you!

Very loud in the staircase - they ask you to not make any noise and be respectful, but the neibours are not very respectful for the quiet hours unfortunately.

Nice apartment, and the location is great! As some reviews mention, there are steep stairs up to the apartment (as in many buildings in Lisbon), but they are short so it’s easy to get up. You can hear the front door opening and closing from the living room, but it’s an older building so it didn’t really bother us and it was quiet at night. The main bedroom is super quiet and very nice to sleep in. It was easy and quick to communicate with the host. For us, staying for a few weeks, the location was perfect since it’s close to parks and nice cafés and restaurants. It’s around a 15-minute walk to the shopping streets, but there are so many great bars, shops, and restaurants just a few minutes away. Jardim da Estrela is wonderful, and there are nice bars and cafés around Jardim Fialho de Almeida, which is only a five-minute walk away.

El apartamento es amplio con un salon espacioso y una cocina cerrada. El baño está en el pasillo entre las dos habitaciones y es muy cómodo. No está en el centro pero muy cerca de él.

Las ventanas no son muy buenas y en invierno hay que tener cerrados los portones de madera de las ventanas para aguantar más el calor

- no response to our early check-in request, but continuous spamming by automated messages for their check-in form - narrow & steep staircase might be challenging for elderly people - noise from the neighbours - limited supplies (for 2 people staying 10nights there were only 3 set of towels, only 2 toilet paper rolls, only 3 coffee capsules and tea bags, no sugar, no kitchen paper, no clothespins, no extra set of clean bedsheets / towels) - one of the sidebed lights didn't work.

Clean and spacious. The apartment was exactly as presented in the picture.

Nothing really, the stairs to the apartment were quite narrow.

Good mattress and WiFi

I would add some kitchen stuff like towels, second pot holder, and few more bowls.
