Lisbon Center Modern Art Apartment

Great location and fantastic host. We had a traditional Christmas cake laid out for us. The host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to store our bags as our plans changed unexpectedly. The apartment had all we needed with coffee, tea and spices. You can walk to most attractions/ local transportation. Would stay there again!

For my mother and I, it was lovely. It's unfortunate that there was noise from the neighbours about, even after 3.30am.

The apartment is as presented on Booking, all pictures are real, located in a building with an elevator. We received a message with all necessary check in details, very easy and fast. The two bathrooms makes it perfect for 2 couples visiting the city. The bathroom located in one of the bedrooms didn’t provide too much intimacy, as only a glass door and a curtain separate it from the actual room. Location, location, location 😊! The location is fantastic, right in the historical city center, close to restaurants, stores, bars and public transportation. As well, Rossio Train station is few minutes away and goes directly to Sintra, very convenient. The apartment was clean, towels and personal hygiene items (shower gel, shampoo) were provided. The kitchen has a microwave, a fridge and dishes/glasses/cutlery. The bedrooms’ windows were facing a narrow street, that was a bit noisy late at night, it’s only a little inconvenient. From the airport we took an Uber, only 13 euros. Unsure if we would return to Lisbon, however for sure we would stay here again 😊.

Loved the central location and the stylish art design in the apartment. Attention to detail with all the facilities was fantastic. So great to have a washing machine and iron also. Communication for check in was timely and easy to follow.

We found the beds to be very hard, perhaps a mattress topper could be added? Also extra padding on the ironing board.

Location was perfect, very close to restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment had everything we needed, loved the layout, beds were comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen. Host was super quick to respond to our queries.

Nothing really

The location is central to the tourist area and very accessible, despite being on a pedestrian street. The pedestrian street and upgraded windows ensured a quiet apartment. The A/C worked well and was much appreciated! The building has an elevator, and in spite of being located right next to it, we did not hear it from the apartment. The space was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the artistic touches as well, especially the exposed "cage" architectural framing in the living room and primary bedroom. The kids appreciated the many TV channels, including Nat Geo. There was an issue with the apartment above that affected us, and the host was very responsive, which we appreciated.

The glass wall in the primary bath was a bit much for us. There is a heavy curtain to pull across as needed, but it, combined with the glass door, was awkward to use and wouldn't do much for noise or smell. We chose to use the hall bath for any awkward transactions.

Located in the centre of Lisbon, close to shops and restaurants, it was ideal for exploring the city.
