Black Gate - Quiet Studio in the Heart of Old Town with Free Private Secured Parking

It was already the second time that we chose Black Gate. For us it’s like home.

Absolutely perfect property. Interior design is superb, the kitchen was fully equipped, coffee machine was available. The bathroom was clean and modern with good shower pressure and hot water. The apartment is quite big, and beautiful. And the location ideal.

- Fantastic location right beside the old town and close to the cable cars too. - Lovely room, great facilities. The room is clean and well equipped. - The bed is very comfortable. - The hosts send a presentation before check in which is helpful for finding the building and knowing what to do for most things, but could definitely be clearer to explain what colour fob to use for the parking gates.

- The room was very hot and it was difficult to sleep. Would've been much better with aircon available. - The sofa is quite uncomfortable to sit on. - The corridor/landing space outside the room is dark and unkempt. It was a little eery at night. - The access to parking was difficult to find on a busy street, the key for the gate did not work everytime and the gates close even if your car has not moved (due to busy traffic passing on the street not allowing you to get out) and this can leave paint/damage on the car. - The photos & instructions given by the host aren't very clear as to which button/fob to use to open the gates for parking, but they were very responsive to messages.

The apartment is in the heart of the Old city. Parking was awesome which is a major plus as it's super congested downtown. Apartment was super well equipped and sparkling clean.

The apartment is looking exactly like the photos. Located in the center of Brașov, close to the main locations. We loved that we had a private parking lot as the city it s pretty full and it’s difficult to find a parking spot.

The location it was perfect near to anything you need food drink coffee and more.

The building it was too old but the apartment it was cute. The sofa was too uncomfortable also the pillows on the bedroom.
