"Clădire veche fara ventilație buna, inconfortabil"

Clădire veche cu podea strâmbă și care scârțâie. Baie fara ventilație cu o ușă ciudată în baie Cald, fara aer condiționat doar niste ventilatoare zgomotoase

Mi-a plăcut amplasarea... Că avea poze și arăta ca un apartament vechi, familial.

Multe aspecte ar fi putut fi mai bune. Nu le menționez dar, aici nu voi mai veni "ever"....

Locatie buna, spatios, pret foarte bun pentru ce ofera, comunicarea cu proprietarul, perfect pentru cateva nopti in bucuresti. Am nimerit calduri foarte mari, dar cu ajutorul ac-ului am reusit sa mentinem o temperatura buna.

Cu toate ca farmecul proprietatii este aspectul vintage, ar necesita unele renovari. Confortul ar putea fi sporit cu mai multe perne si cu draperii in geam.

Big room, quick communication, clean. Parking spots outside.

Outer door lock didn't work, we had to sleep with the door unlocked. Dangerous electrical sockets, almost exposed. Floor was creaking in places.
