Cheap, basic accommodation in a central location. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay

Limited kitchen but ok if not self catering

The host is great, the house is perfect for families to stay. We really loved the cosy athmosphere of the house. The house was so clean. And a breakfast gift was prepared for us, which was an awesome surprise. 💐The house is near many Trams and you can easily discover the city.Thank you so much.

Good location & spacious apartment.

Too dirty! Too old! Too scary to sleep. Either the main door or the apartment's door could not be locked. The building has a lot of damages, probably from earthquakes. We booked it for 2 days and after the first night we left. Stay away from this ruin. Pictures are not reflecting this situation. STAY AWAY!

For the price the apartment was great. It was large, quiet and in a nice neighbourhood. It’s a short walk to a supermarket and to the geology museum. The bed was comfortable, clean and we were able to cook. We really appreciated having filter coffee. We enjoyed our stay here.

There was some communication issues, I had to prompt to get a full address for the apartment and the time they had listed on booking.com wasn’t the actual check out time so we were chucked out earlier than listed. There’s a few broken things that need fixing.
