"They cancelled us 2 hours before arrival"

The host cancelled us two hours before our arrival and on weekend, when everything was occupied. They told us that they have busy weekend (it was understood that they somehow booked other guests). I understand that this is happening, but it is not a nice experience to search for overnight stay in the middle of a night.
