Great location and parking available on the street right in front of the door. Quiet during the night.

Only the hosts control the heating via WiFi and stop it whenever they feel like it. After complaining about not being able to turn the heat on and being cold, they started it and as soon as we fell asleep it was stopped again. Unacceptable. After complaining several times we did got normal human temperature for the last day of our stay. Although the place was good and the location was perfect, we will never visit again and I don't recommend anyone going during the cold days.

The place is really nice, close to town centre, train station and supermarkets. I enjoyed my stay here and I will certainly return. The host is very helpful and the facilities of the accommodation are a home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality and see you next time!

The host happened to be there when I first showed up at the entrance, a very kind man that showed me the double foor house. And wow, what a house! Very clean, two bathrooms, two wardrobes, a well equipped kitchen, very fast Internet, Tv..I could go for a long while, all I can say is I'll definitely look for this accomodation neither far from the station nor from the historic centre if I'm back one day in Rasov/Kronstadt. P.S.: Bedroom upstairs is a jewel

Two out of the four hot plates of the oven didn't seem to be working properly ( just to be said as a detail )

Everything looked exactly like in the pictures The house was clean and smelled good There was some food basics in the kitchen (salt, sugar, oil, etc) which is always appreciated; they also provided disposable slippers The water was hot and had good pressure The heat was turned on when I arrived so that is definitely a plus!

Great value for money, nice duplex, fairly big sofa on the ground floor and double bed upstairs.

The location might not be to everyone's liking as it is in the 'new' town, very close to the train station which is handy. The old town center is 30 mins walking away but buses are cheap and frequent as well as taxis. No contact with the host, keys in a safe box. Cash only, which is fine, but again some might not be keen.
