Wonderful location in the center, next to a lovely park, a calm area, and many public transport options. Easy communication with the host, and very easy checking in and out of the place.

The location.

Don't go in summer. The AC can't handle the heat and it's way to warm to sleep. Moreover, the AC leaks and leaves a pool of water on the floor. The clock doesn't work. There are no hand or kitchen towels. The shower is very small, and it's impossible not to let water run outside of the shower. There are no mosquito screens in front of the bedroom windows. The light doesn't turn off completely, there is always this faint glow. Bathroom and kitchen doors are windows, so light and sound travel through very easily (going to the bathroom while the other person tries to sleep is not ideal).

Amazing view from the top floor, from the appartment, very good communication with the host. Check in at any time (lockbox with keys)

Water was barely warm during our stay. We had to leave the running water for several minutes, to have luke-warm water (happened all the times, at different type of the day). I am not sure if this is an issue with the flat pipes, or with the whole building water pressure, but with negative temperatures outside it was quite challenging to have a shower
