We really enjoyed our time spent in this apartment. It perfectly matched our expectations and was exactly as described. Situated near Cișmigiu Park, with a supermarket nearby and Izvor subway station just a 10-minute walk away, the location was ideal. One of the highlights of the apartment is its stunning view of the city, encompassing the park, parliament building, and cathedral. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connection proved to be reliable—I even managed to have a seamless Zoom call during our stay. I must extend my gratitude to the host for accommodating our sudden request for a late check-out, as we had an evening flight. Thank you immensely for your flexibility and hospitality!

Although the walls are thin, allowing some noise from neighbours watching TV to filter through, it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience.

The location was close to the city center and the apartment was clean.

The area of town is really shady, as is the building itself. The apartment is not as pretty as the pictures might make you think. One of the neighbours enjoys watching TV on full volume and the walls are thin as paper. Furthermore, the water heater broke down and there was only ice cold water coming out of the shower. The owner didn’t believe us for a while but when the building administration confirmed the problem, she offered to move us to another one of her apartments. The new apartment was in a much nicer area and itself much nicer, as well. The only issue we had there were very loud neighbours again and that the kitchen smelled like people have smoked in there in the past a lot.

This flat made us feel at home in Romania - just amazing! The landlord Ms Liliana was just the sweetest, really helpful and very responsive. The whole flat is very cozy, very clean and spacious (exactly like the pictures), the bed is comfortable, the view is nice (also since the flat is on the 8th floor), the heating system works so the temperature of the flat was perfect and there was hot water for showering at all times. All the facilities we used work fine (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, lamps), and we were worried it wouldn't have some things like cutlery, soap etc, but it actually has everything you need for the flat, so don't worry about bringing your own things. The location is amazing for the money, the neighbourhood looks pretty safe, with bus stations only like 6 mins away, mini markets nearby, McDonald's only a few mins away and the city centre around 15 mins away (on foot). It even had Christmas decorations due to the holiday season - Ms Liliana pays attention to detail and really maintains the flat to give us the best experience🥰. I recommend this flat 100%.

Only detail is that there is no place to stand the shower head in the shower so washing the hair can be a bit more tedious. The building itself & lift are pretty creepy, but that was just funny to us and it made it more fun to reach our lovely apartment 😃 (it looks like a safe building nonetheless, despite its looks)

Location is right next door to the park, and a reasonably short walk into the old town. Our host was really friendly and made check in/out a breeze! The room has a really nice natural light and can see the sunrise from bed, if you are up for it!

This is at no fault to the owner but the walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbours TV very clearly and unfortunately they enjoy listening to it quite loud and into the late hours of the evening. If you are someone who can’t sleep with noises, this would definitely be something to consider.
