Apartament Central Cismigiu

Nice location in the city center. Close-by bus and metro. Small groceries shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is very nice. The bedroom is large with a very comfy bed. The living-room is well furnished, tv worked fine. The kitchen was operational (I cooked and eat at the apartment). The bathroom was working well too. John was super helpful to get the instructions, as well as proactive when the heart stopped working and he got someone to fix this on my first evening. Very thankful that he did solve this promptly!

Nothing to like or dislike: just a note that the apartment is in an old building, 2 stairs up. The street can be very noisy, but the windows are cutting a lot of the noise. I am a light-sleeper and had no problem sleeping, but having the windows opened can be a bit noisy. I did not use the large balcony, comfy though.

Amazing location, and easy to get to Old Town, all the facilities are great and a very helpful host. There is two shops are open very late which is useful and has all the basics you need. I will definitely stay again😀

Nothing really as the location was perfect and great price !

location is really good very easy to access old town, metro, center, etc (before we left) the owner easy to contact easy to find the key we had do travel with my mom because of medical conditions and I informed the owner very short time before but he agreed to give us extra covers and towels (even though he forgot to put them after we arrived, we asked and he brought in day time)

1. pictures from booking is not match with the reality 2. apartment is not as clean as the owner said (towels smells badly, pillow cases have moist feeling, etc) 3. The sofa is not the same as shown in the advertisement. 4 shower is either broken or they failed to explain how to use it - only very hot water was coming and when we asked, the owner wrote us to ''right button from shower rotate'' we have already done it nothing changed. so he suggested lower the water temperature from the main heater!! really? 5 worst of all (for me), the building + the apartment have bugs. we saw this bug on the first morning and owner said, ''these bugs are coming because of the building residents' garbage so bugs are not originate from his apartments'' This can't be an explanation or solution for bug problems. the owner is responsible to providing us clean and bug free environment. If there is such a problem, I believe they need to say at least something like ''the building is old and it has bugs, fyi''... 6 the final thing is we didn't stay at the apartment 8 nights. because after 5 nights, my husband needs to go back, and I have to stay 3 more nights because of my work. under this conditions (not ideally clean, with bugs, and with very hot water) I couldn't stay at this apartment alone, so we told the owner we will leave, but if they can do refund for this 3 nights,. he agreed and we left on April 17. After 2 days he informed us he is not the boss of the apartment, so he has to do what the boss says so he just agreed to refund 300 ron (nearly 60€). it is not the 3-night refund, but we didn't say anything. but until this day, no refund no contact, nothing come. Actually, I don't think it will. You need to really consider if the cool location is worth to deal with all these things.

Everything’s really clean and modern. Big shower and wonderfully comfy bed. Well furnished. Perfect location, in 15min you can reach the Old town centre or you can find the Parliament Palace. Safe entry.

Not having spent more time!

The best thing was the location. The person in charge was also very professional.

I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t look like in the photos. The room was a bit too old and the blankets didn’t smell clean and fresh. The terrace wasn’t sparkling clean either.
