Clean, neat. The owner helpful, it was possible to do the ironing. If I come to Buch I will stay at this apartment

Excellent location. City center, near: parks, shops and cafes (of course McDonalds, KFC)

The apartment needs renovation. There is no washing machine, there are problems with the shower...so sad

Great location v close to lovely park and old town plus museums. Near Izvor metro so easy to get anywhere in the city. We were able to check in early as the apartment was ready which was a helpful bonus.

Immediate area around entrance very rundown looking. Noisy at night. Apartment adequately equipped and furnished but rather bare looking. No pictures etc. I didn’t like being guided in by telephone but it was efficient and it did work.

Hot water problems,building problems with the elevator,bad smell,lot of dead bugs on the coridors,poor mantenance of the building.

Central location.

Property was very difficult to find and host didn’t answer my first few calls/ messages. The property wasn’t very comfortable, not extremely clean and access to power outlets difficult with one plug only for the fridge and appliances. The sofa wouldn’t have been suitable for sleeping as advertised and I was worried about a review regarding possible bed bugs.

Nothing. Room was not as described.

Described as "fresh renovated Apartment", but not true. Room and bed linin/blankets not hygienic. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Doesn't resemble posted photos. Owner agreed to return my payment, but I have not seen evidence of such.
