Apartamento Lar doce Lar Porto

I love that the place was exactly what the pictures showed. Very nice and clean. The staff I interacted with was friendly.

The bathroom has a bad smell. Maybe an air freshener would help remove the smell.

The location is great! Literally next door to Grahams Port House and walking distance to many many others and the riverside restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is a really good size, clean, with good furnishings and ample storage for clothes and your luggage. If you stay here, make sure you book a meal at Porto Iberico restaurant (just round the corner), you will not regret it!!!

The primary bathroom has a large sink unit situated right next to the toilet, making using the toilet very uncomfortable unless you are grossly underweight or a child. Luckily there is also an ensuite in the apartment with a normal toilet situation. The water pressure is very low in the showers but still sufficent to shower with.

Everything was great and in order Beds and bedrooms were super comfy with heaters in every room. We found almost all the facilities and utensils we needed, e.g., hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc.

The only minor drawbacks for us were missing a dishwasher and low water pressure when both of the bathrooms were in use.

Great location, really easy access to Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto. Literally located next to the Port wine caves. Property was very good and met our expectations for cleanliness and features

Water pressure was a bit too low for our liking. It's fine for showering as long as you don't have multiple people/taps using the water at the same time, so it just requires a bit of coordination.
