Deluxe Cișmigiu Park

Lep apartman i balkon sa pogledom na centar grada i park.

Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, schöne Lage in der Stadt, wenn auch manchmal laut, weil nachts irgendwelche Motorradfahrer Rennen fahren und Polizei hinterher jagt… dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts! Im Prinzip ist die Lage gut!!

Klimaanlage hat nicht gut geklappt, es war nachts zu heiß im Zimmer; Dusche bleibt tatsächlich 5 Minuten lang kalt, wie in der Beschreibung schon steht (im Sommer ist das aber wenig problematisch)

The kitchen was practically inexistent because of the fact that it was terribly small and it lacked a lot of appliances such as a microwave or a stove. Another thing that was bothersome was that we didn’t have any warm water. Although the host told us that if we waited a little the warm water would come, it never did so if you’re planning on taking a hot shower, think twice!

Balcony was nice but that's it

Unfortunately had a very poor experience. No hot water (even after 15-20 minutes water running) Air con not working Tv not working, loud noise on every channel Very bad smell in the apartment Stained,dirty and sticky floor and furniture Building has a red dot on it( high risk in case of an earthquake) Woke up with a cockroach in bed.... Both lifts broken on arrival, had to go with luggage 8 floors on the stairs Toilet was blocked and wasn't flushing properly, very bad smell coming from the bathroom, shower drain was blocked with hair Pictures not even close with the reality Absolutely not recommend!!

Nice view, nice balcony, excellent location

All tables were dirty and sticky, no towels, garbage left on the balcony. The two chairs available were also super dirty and full of food crumbles. It was nice to have some coffee but the sugar was super humid and stuck to the container. Not that it mattered but the TV is broken - speakers only give static noise.
