Deluxe Cișmigiu Park

The location was brilliant. Central and over looking Cismigiu Park. Great views from the balcony and really comfy bed

Our 2nd night was on the weekend and it appears the apartments around us are rented out/used for partying in the city. Very noisy and got very little sleep. Plus lifts very temperamental and had to use stairs more than we would have liked.

There was no hot water when I stayed there

I liked that there were no more disappointments than the ones I described. It could have been much worse. And when the crows weren't screaming, sitting at the terrace was quite enjoyable.

1. COLD WATER - there were no hot water on 3 nights out of 4, eventough I had the water run for long time (20min at least), as instructed by the owners. The owners didn't respond to my request to solve the issue, so I asked my friend, who stayed at a Hotel, to let me shower at her place. 2. COLD ROOM - the heating didn't work, as it has central heating I believe, and my stay was in early October, when central heating isn't turned on in Eastern Europe. Upon asking for solutions, the owner replied that I should turn the air conditioning on heating mode, but the aircon didn't work. I asked if they can provide a heating panel or similar to solve the issue, but they didn't respond. (see photo that I screenshot from booking.com conversation) 3. CROWS SCREAMING - the windows are overlooking a lovely park, which provides a beautiful view, however, at least 1000 crows inhabit the park, who like flying around and also sitting in front of the terrace, at the tree branches. I didn't have to set an alarm clock, as they were screaming for 1 hour every morning. Sometimes at nighttime too, and after some rain started to fall. I was wondering if it is a Hitchcock movie. (see photo, the black dots are all crows...) 4. DANGEROUS POWER OUTLETS - the electricity outlets are damaged, hanging out of the wall, which makes them dangerous. Don't book here, if you have a small child and watch out for your safety, when using electric devices! 5. PILLOWS - extremely old, dusty, and clearly they need to be replaced. This has been mentioned several times by previous guests and it seems that the owners didn't take the feedback to improve their service. 6. NO MICROWAVE OR STOVE IN KITCHEN - okey, this is seen on the photos too, but there's no possibility to heat your food.

Centrally located with easy access to all be essential places.

The apartment is centrally located and it was easy to walk to the city centre or the many restaurants nearby. Located next to the beautiful part which is so relaxing.

The two pillows were not comfortable and very small and flat. It was quite uncomfortable and had to put one on top of the other and still felt uncomfortable.

The property is exactly like in the pictures, stunning views, a great location 📍 very central and popular area. Great owners! 10+

The stay went very well, there is air conditioning if it is too hot, magnificent view of Bucharest and in particular the Parliament, the Cathedral and Cismigiu Park! Very well located for shops and restaurants. I recommend!
