Panorama Views - Spacious Central Apartment

Very big and comfortable, clean and with a very nice view. There were some necessary things missing but once we asked for, we had it. Very nice and helpfull staff.

Coffe machine with 4 capsules for 3 days in two... Special Nespresso, so not easy to find.

Finish a bit so so. The listing said 91 sqm, but it was more like 60 m2. Airconditioner did not work

It’s a beautiful apartment with parking included… it had everything we needed. The Profi grocery store downstairs opened 24/7 was very convenient as well.

Extremely well located, there's a mini grocery store right downstairs, around 12min from the center, 5min by car from the Lotus mall, everything is close by with the tram as well. Staff was very proactive and gave us all necessary info. Huge bonus is the underground parking spot, I have a SUV and my car fitted without any problem, it's directly connected with the building and makes it very accessible. Building & area very modern and very secure (quite international). The apartment is very big, the view from the balcony is incredible, equipements were OK and functional. Air conditioning (ONLY IN THE LIVING ROOM) works very well.

I find it surprising that NO ONE is mentioning that this apartment is literally 3min away from the " Serviciul Județean de Ambulanță Bihor" meaning that you can hear the ambulances going in and out ALL DAY because their parking is right there. It's a very busy street so it gets very noisy every day and the ambulances were going almost every 30min to 1h the noise was insane. (It's like half of Oradea is having a heart attack they're constantly having the sirens on). Granted if the windows are closed you cannot hear much, but it was extremely hot that week (37°) and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms, it gets extremely hot, you have to open the windows and therefore the sounds. Beds were not super comfortable quite hard our back. There are no shades anywhere (very thin curtains) on the windows, the apartment is facing East so it gets heated very quickly and starting 5/6am you get woken up by the light. There was mold in the bathrooms especially the one with the shower, we went ahead and cleaned again but the seals should be redone. Old TV that only has regular channels, if you are looking for Netflix or to Cast forget it, you need to get an HDMI cable.

Property is situated in a residential building with a underground garage which was very convenient in winter. The place is very quiet, spacious and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a lovely stay for us and I definitely recommend the place. We also appreciated the view which offers a great perspective of the city centre.
