Panorama Views - Spacious Central Apartment

The beautiful view of the city from the balcony, large and open space living room.

We were travelling 3 families- 5 people and chose this apartment as it has in its Booking description 2 bedrooms and 1 extendible sofa in the living room; which would allow one family couple to sleep in the living room. It was a big surprise for is to find out that the sofa in the living room was not extendible as mentioned in the description and 1 single person would fall out of it while sleeping. Moreover, the bedsheet and the pillow provided for the sofa were very dirty. When calling the manager, he said that it was not their mistake as Booking translated their description wrong. Also, he was very annoyed by the fact we insisted to solve the problem as their company has 80 apartments in Oradea and they dis not have any previous negative reviews from the previous guests for this apartment, and also that it was absolutely impossible for them to provide us dirty bedsheets or pillow. After asking to try solving the issue, he said thy were not able to help us anyhow and anyway as all other employees are outside the city and there were no other available apartments to provide us. Only when we mentioned that we would be going to write negative review and sent him the pictures of dirty bedsheets, he promised to make sure some of his colleagues would bring us new ones. After half an hour, we definitely got the new bedsheets and the inflatable air mattress, which probably had a hole, and it was not any use of it. We needed to improvise the bed ourselves from the sofa pillows (see the attached photos of it and of the dirty bedsheets). For the money we paid for the apartment, I think we deserved a better service from the beginning, which unfortunately was not given immediately, but only after sending them pictures and informing them about writing bad reviews; which is very sad.

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms only in the living room and it was a pretty warm week

Very close to the city center, free parking in the garage

Need to be replaced the iron table.
