Gefallen hat uns die Lage, die Stadt und der Strand sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten waren ganz ok.

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Absolut dreckige Fenster, Toiletten sowie allgemein das Staub- und Wischverhalten. Die Reinigung scheint nur sehr oberflächlich zu erfolgen. Zwischen den Kissen auf der Couch lagen Rückstände von Essen. Außerdem lief auch Wasser an der Waschmaschine aus. Meine Frau hatte erstmal so einiges selbst gereinigt, sonst hätten wir die Wohnung nicht bezogen. Einige Fenster/Balkontür waren defekt, man konnte diese auch nicht abschließen, sondern nur anlehnen und einen Stuhl gegenstellen, damit die Fenster bzw. Balkontür nicht auf geht. Bei uns kam noch hinzu, dass auf der anderen Straßenseite ein Shopping-Center abgerissen wird. Der Lärm von Abrisshammern war unerträglich.

Appartamento accogliente dotato di tutti i servizi, lavatrice con asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta per il caffè, tostapane, piano cottura ad induzione, TV, ventilatori (non sono serviti perché si stava benissimo senza,perfetto per il periodo di Settembre ), consiglio vivamente! Ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi🥰

Sarebbe stato eccellente se non avessimo trovato al check-in l'appartamento non pulito, ma il proprietario ha risolto subitissimo non appena glielo abbiamo comunicato! Sarà stata una svista🫣..... può capitare!

El piso esta bien ubicado cerca del terminal de tren y en el centro de la ciudad.

El piso no tiene vistas como esta en el anuncio, y no esta en primera linea de mar, queda a unos 300 metros de la playa. No estaba muy limpio. Esta en una 2 planta con escaleras.

located next door to train station,. bus station opposite side, beside shoos and restaurants. sound proofed windows. Great space. Extra toilet is great.

there was no keys for bathroom and toilet doors which was a bit strange so we just used the rule if door closed someone is using it. also the key for inside door is a strange one with 4 sides. First time we used it we couldn't open door but then we figured out that it needed to be turned a different way.

Convenient location

Not ready when we arrived, had to vacate for cleaners. Not beach front as advertised. Parking very difficult and stressful. No instruction/advice file at the property. Washing machine not working but was repaired.

I don't even know where to start. Apart from the location which is good unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay in this property. Very poor cleaning and stains everywhere. We couldn't even sleep properly at night because of unhygienic blankets and pillow cases. Some of us had to wrap a towel we bought in the pillow cases to be able to use it. Also, the advertisement for this property is very deceiving. These are some of the uplesant things we came across during our stay: Filthy and dirty sheets and the main bathroom have cockroaches. They always come out around midnight, which is horrific. Smelly bathroom due to bad ventilation and there are moulds in the main one, which is unacceptable. Dirty sofa bed It was very hard to open the second door. No bedding provided for the sofa bed and blinds not working in the living room, so sleeping arrangements had to be changed. The host told us she would sort it out, but we never heard from her. False advertisement of the property, there's no hot tub nor beach in front as advertised. We especially booked this place because of the beach in front for the kids. Light in one of the rooms was not working, and the host had the audacity to ask if we wouldn't mind staying without it, and perhaps we could use the bedside lamp. We had to say no for her to change the light bulb. No extra towels and beddings were provided, only one towel for each guest for the entire stay. There were no decent kitchen utensils, kitchen towels and rubbish bin. Dirty kitchen stuffed with cleaning equipment. The host should think seriously about doing some works in the property, mainly in the main bathroom and the kitchen. It's shameful to be renting property like this, which is not healthy, especially with cockroaches around. Also, for the price we paid, this is unacceptable. We will NOT return, and DON'T recommend this property.

Good location ! Facility value for money - over priced and way undelivered ! Bathroom needs serious attention and so does the kitchen ! Black mold is unacceptable and saying you’re having a tough time finding workers is acceptable ! It simply takes some elbow grease and a mold buster to spray on and scrub clean ! It’s insulting to expect guests to have a vacation Iike this ! I could go on but I shall not as I hope the owner will take heed and repair immediately !! Many things to do !!
