Skyline Central Apartment

Frumos amenajat, confortabil.

Studio au dixième étage rénové , bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Bien situé pour visiter Timisoara. Bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Immeuble vieillot mais sans problème.

The apartment is near the city center, you can walk to Liberty Square in 10 or so minutes. There is ample parking near the apartment, which is a big plus if you're driving there. The apartment has some decorations. The check-in process is quite straightforward. FInally, this is one of the more affordable accommodations in Timișoara.

The apartment is on the top floor of a building that isn't very well maintained. The corridor gave us a bit of a scare the first time we saw it. Once inside the apartment, the first thing we noticed was that there were no roll shutters on the windows which meant that the apartment was unpleasantly bright during the day. There were no chairs or benches in the apartment, other than the two small chairs on the balcony. The bed squeaked at the slightest movement and the sheets and covers were quite uncomfortable to the touch. Moreover, they felt even worse since it was extremely hot outside because the apartment doesn't seem to have any thermal insulation. The AC was available, but it barely did its job. As a side note, when the "air flow" option is turned on, the AC makes an annoying clicking sound every dozen seconds. There was some mold in the shower and on the shower curtain and the towels had an awkward smell. Don't expect to cook in the kitchen, it has just the basics. One of the hotplates was broken and there was no dish drainer. You can only open the central window on the balcony, but not fully unless you move the table. Even when fully open, it doesn't provide nearly enough flow to let some fresh air into the apartment. There was some mold at the bottom of the balcony windows. Overall, the apartment seems to be in desperate need of a massive makeover.

A very nice apartment close to the old town and grocery stores. Nice view from the balcony.

Clean, close to the city center. The owner is obviously an artist - you can see the signs all over the place. :-)
