Five to ten minutes walk to the center. Free parking behind the building, we did not move our car for four days of staying. Excellent communication in English with the landlady by messaging, we never met her. The flat is very clean, there is everything you need, you can even smoke on the closed balcony. Only the kitchen is small but it did not matter. If you care about this - it is on the tenth floor.
