Large Apartment City Centre

It smells really stale and moldy, it's a basement

Eher Ein feuchtes Keller würde ich sagen kein Apartment ,,man kann sehr schwer Atem die Luft steht ,,ich finde das überhaupt nicht preis wert !!

The property was well below an acceptable standard. On arrival, the entrance led to a basement with wet, dirty carpets and a strong damp smell throughout. The kitchen lacked basic amenities — no toaster, a leaking kettle, dirty plates and cutlery, and a noisy fridge. The dining bench was unsafe to use. My bedroom had no usable storage; the wardrobe was unstable, and the floor was filthy — I couldn't walk barefoot and had to shower in footwear. The shower room was extremely basic with lukewarm water and inadequate towels that left black fibres on the skin. A concerning hole above the shower door suggested previous camera installation. Multiple rooms had exposed wiring, oversized mirrors, and marks suggesting previous use of a dance pole — giving the impression of the property having been used for adult entertainment. Most alarmingly, there were no visible fire safety measures — no alarms, extinguishers or fire exits apart from the main entrance, which was unsafe given the barred windows. It felt incredibly unsafe

The place is located near the city center. The rooms were spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful, welcoming and kind. There where two parking spaces for us to use.

The rooms are below ground level and the window in the kitchen is right at the bottom of a busy street and when its open, people will take a peek in more than often.

The entrance was hard to find and în a suspicious spot.

It's a basement and it wasn't said upfront. You need to use a ladder to open the windows

Good location in the heart of Bucarest. Fast accomodation process. Good parking nearby. Fair price per person.

The apartament is located underground - the smell of moisture is everywhere. Definitely not for sensitive noses. Too bad we found about it after getting into. There was no info it is located underground. Bathroom door got so swollen from moisture that it wont close anymore. same with the WC door.
